In any given day you may find yourself watching dolphins in the ocean, riding horseback through lush fields, driving a four-wheeler on back road trails, and relaxing on Polihua Beach.

Island Weather

The weather on Lāna‘i is pleasant and dry, receiving only about 37 inches of rainfall per year. Temperatures typically range from 70º to 85º F, but the weather can vary significantly depending on what part of the island you’re on at any given time. Lāna‘i City sits at nearly 1,700 feet of elevation, and the warmer months reach about 72º F, so don’t forget to bring a light jacket. Temperatures at Manele Bay and Hulopoe Bay are usually about 10º to 12º higher, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds.
